I offer three types of massages
- Remedial, Relaxation
and Lymphatic Drainage. So, take a break
from your busy schedule and have a massage. After all, if you don't
look after yourself, how will you have the energy and good health
to meet the needs of family and work?
Born in Samoa, the cradle
of Polynesia, I believe that my culture and heritage gives me a
unique ability to work intuitively with bodies. Fofo (the Samoan
word for massage) is an integral part of the Samoan culture and
has been used by the Polynesians as part of their health care for
centuries.
As a massage therapist, your
well-being and good health becomes my concern once you become my
client.
| Remedial
Massage |
This type of massage works on the deep
tissues of the muscles and is particularly suited to clients
with musculoskeletal issues caused by various factors such
as posture, sports injuries, repetitive work and surgery.
In particular, clients with head, neck and shoulder issues
can benefit greatly from a remedial massage.
Total time of treatment: One and half hours

| Relaxation
Massage |
This type of massage works on a superficial
level and is non intrusive on the musculature. It is suitable
for clients who just want to be nurtured, who want to de-stress,
relax and listen to the music. It's chill out time. The benefits
of such a massage include a feeling of well-being, improvement
in circulation, release of tension and enhancement of the
condition of the skin.
Total time of
treatment: One and half hours

| Lymphatic
Drainage |
This type of massage is painless and works
on the tissue just below the skin, not on muscles. Lymphatic
drainage is especially suitable for clients suffering from
lymphoedema or oedema (conditions which cause limbs or other
parts of the body to retain fluid causing pain and discomfort).
Lymphatic drainage is an effective therapy
for sinus sufferers, acne, stimulating a sluggish immune system,
assists in detoxification regimes, chronic fatigue and glandular
fever sufferers.
Total time of treatment: One and half
hours
